Private 38-square-meter apartment, furnished with designer décor, parquet and marble floors, located in one of Milan's most sought-after and convenient areas. Ideal for business travelers, it is equipped like a luxury hotel room. For those who want to be right in the city center without compromising on comfort, the Duomo metro station is just steps from the apartment, offering excellent connections throughout the city, including the Central Station, San Siro Stadium, trade fairs, the Naviglio Canal, and Orio al Serio Bergamo Airport, as well as Malpensa and Linate Airports.

 

The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a large closet, coat rack, and hallway furniture. This is followed by an open-plan living room with a 46-inch LED TV, a comfortable double bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress, and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed. For dining or working on a computer, there's a countertop table with four Kartell chairs. On the other side is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and stovetop, as well as cooking utensils. The apartment also features a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower for a relaxing stay, a toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and double-sized towels for each person.

 

To complete the package, the building features a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers. An iron and ironing board are also available.
