Ground-floor apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.

The first bedroom features a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and a single bed, as well as a coat rack. Next to it is the second bedroom with a double bed, a coat rack, and a desk. On the other side is the living area with a three-seater sofa, an LED TV, and a dining table for five. The living area also features a kitchen equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. We also have a breakfast nook with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

 

To complete the package, the designer bathroom features a large tempered glass shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper, and two-size towels for each person, as well as a bar of soap.

 

As a welcome gift, we offer a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket upon arrival.
