Old Milanese-style apartment, located on the first floor (without an elevator) of a historic building. 5 minutes from the "Vetra" metro stop, which takes you directly to Linate Airport and the entire city.

 

It consists of a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed with a comfortable mattress, a dresser, and a wardrobe. Opposite is a large double sofa bed.

 

Below, there's a table for four, a Smart LED TV, and an electric fireplace to create an unparalleled atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including an induction stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator; there's also a breakfast nook with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

 

The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with air conditioning in the summer and automatic heating in the winter.

The designer bathroom features a large bathtub with a curtain that can also be used as a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. You'll find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper, and two-size towels for each person, as well as a bar of soap.
