Fifth-floor apartment comprising a first room with a living area/kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction stove, oven, refrigerator, and breakfast nook with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one person or two children. To complete the experience, there is a balcony with a small table for enjoying an aperitif or a Milanese breakfast.

The bathroom features a large tempered glass shower, a washing machine, a toilet, and a bidet. In the bathroom, you'll find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper, and two-size towels for each person, as well as bathroom accessories.

As a welcome gift, we offer a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket upon arrival.

The second room contains the bedroom, featuring a double bed with a small walk-in closet, a smart LED TV, and a second balcony. The bedroom also features a dedicated work area with a desk and lamp.

A reservation for two people is based on a double bed. If you're traveling with two people and would like a double bed and a double sofa bed, you must book for three people.

 

The apartment is located on the 5th floor; the elevator goes to the 4th floor; you'll need to take the stairs up one floor. To access the apartment at check-in, you'll need a smartphone with an internet connection.
